I'm getting the 'sample *.ch1 wasn't found' error

If you’re getting this error, something is wrong with your samples folder. There are two possible reasons and I’ll highlight the most popular one for you:

The files were either moved after downloading them from pulse, synced to a cloud or are stored in a location that makes them unavailable to the plugin.
If you see a little cloud icon by the filename or the folder that contains the samples, you’ll need to download your samples from the cloud before using them. Consult the Apple or Microsoft support pages to learn how to do that.

You might have also moved the samples folder after installing the plugin.
