How can I re-download an instrument?

That’s the beauty of Pulse - you can re-download the instrument at any point, if you need to.

Usually, there’s no need to re-download the samples unless you’re installing on a new machine or have lost the access to the files. If you want to re-install the plugin after it’s been downloaded, simply go to the folder you’ve downloaded the samples to via Pulse and run the .pkg file (if you’re on a Mac) or the .exe (if you’re on a PC).

→ installing again on a new computer?
If you want to install the samples again on your new computer, simply grab the Pulse app, log into your account and download the instrument from there.

→ To re-download the samples on your current machine:
1. Before continuing, please, make sure you’re running the latest version of Pulse. You can grab it here.
2. Open Pulse and log into your account.
3. Click on the three dots on the bottom right of the instrument you’d like to re-download.
4. Select Re-install.

→ No Re-Install option?
If you don’t see the Re-Install choice, it’s most likely because you moved the instrument’s folder after downloading it in Pulse. Select Re-locate and point Pulse to the folder containing the instrument files before continuing.
